OF PRESERVATION
PRESERVING THE PAST
Rinse & Rewind Archives was born from a long-standing passion for underground House & Garage music and years of collecting, digitising and preserving original cassette recordings.
Built around an extensive personal collection of original tape packs, the archive reflects years of dedication to rescuing rare recordings, restoring their sound and preserving an important part of the UK's underground music history.
CELEBRATING THE PRESENT
Today, Rinse & Rewind Archives brings those recordings back to life, celebrating the legendary DJs, MCs, clubs and events that shaped the scene, while also providing a platform to showcase new talent, exclusive mixes and live sessions.
Our aim is simple: to make these recordings accessible to everyone, keeping the memories, music and culture of the underground scene alive for future generations.
Rinse & Rewind Archives is an independent archive project, created purely for the love of the music. No subscriptions, no paid downloads — just a passion for preserving the past and supporting the present.
RECORDED. REWOUND. RELOADED.
